Private restorative yoga sessions to calm and reset your entire body. Restorative Practice is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching and breathwork. It is the most beautifully mindful and mellow experience to feel into and release any holding in the body.

Breathwork Sessions

Private Conscious Connected Breathing sessions to release trauma in the body. This practice supports healing and transformation by clearing blocked emotions through the physiological impact of controlling your breathing. Through this type of breathwork, you practice circular or continuous breathing. Through the practice, you may learn to have a greater awareness of the present moment and feel as though you have released years of subconscious pain from the body. It’s simply profound.

Personalised Program for Healing Chronic Conditions

The human body is a holistic entity comprised of various interrelated dimensions inseparable from one another. The health or illness of any one dimension directly affects the others. Individuals and their needs are unique and must be approached in a way that acknowledges individuality. I design a tailored program that integrates the healing modalities of Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation and Holistic Coaching for my clients.
